By placing an order with us, Che Camille's Online Shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact our customer service via email at threads@checamille.com before placing your order with us.
Che Camille acts as an agent to the designers represented on our website www.checamille.com. We undertake quality assurance for all products on the customer's behalf. In the event of a sale, the contract is between Che Camille and the customer; thus, all correspondence will be between Che Camille and the customer alone.
Che Camille is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the website, and the material published on it. You must not use any of the materials on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from us to do so.
Making a Purchase
We use PayPal, a secure online payment processor, to process orders. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still easily pay by debit card or credit card with Pay Pal.
The whole payment for the price of goods must be received before
your order is accepted. Once payment has been received, then the
order will be confirmed via the email provided on the order form.
All details provided should be accurate to allow correspondence.
The acceptance of the order brings into existence a legally binding
contract between Che Camille and the customer. All contracts are
concluded in English.
All items are subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
All prices are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% but exclusive of delivery costs. If your order is being dispatched to an EU country then the total price will include VAT at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the EU then VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice.
Che Camille has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and any customs or import duties are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order and take note that it is your responsibility, and not that of Che Camille, to comply with the laws and regulations of the country where your order is destined.
Delivery
Any delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time described in 'working days'.
Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you are legally allowed to cancel your order within 7 days. These 7 days begin once you have received a sales confirmation e-mail from us. If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure that you provide us with your correct contact details and any order reference information. Legally, we are required to provide consumers with specific and accurate written information about the product prior to the conclusion of the sale. Thus, we will only accept returns if the information online is incorrect or the product is faulty.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our merchandise is correct at time of publication. We endeavour to reproduce colours as faithfully as possible, thus we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colours of your monitor/computer. Orders will be accepted if there are no material errors in our description of goods or their prices.
If your purchase is faulty, it is your legal right to request a refund or a substitution within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. In this event, please contact Che Camille directly on 0141 221 9620 or threads@checamille.com to organise such a return.
It is your responsibility that the return item reaches us in its original condition, unworn, with its designer tags and packages intact. Therefore, please use a reputable delivery service and to ensure your interests are protected use a delivery service that insures for the value of the goods.
Returns are not possible for certain items for hygiene reasons - lingerie, swimwear and jewellery. Nor are returns possible for garments that are made-to-order unless there is a quality failure. This will be made explicit online when you are purchasing said non-returnable items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for made-to-order stock; this is made explicit in the item description. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our Right to Refuse a Transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone, at anytime at our sole discretion.
